The Social Housing Project, 2011
I was bought in to close the project house down. This required I worked with staff, clients and residents, suppliers, the landlord and the board of trustees and directors to bring the project to a close three months, with the handback to the landlord of the property in a satisfactory condition at the end of the project. I was responsible for arranging contractors to make improvements and repairs to the property during the remaining months of the project, as well as managing the limited budget, and making sure rent was paid, and residents found alternative accommodation. It was also my responsibility to oversee the service provision to the residents by staff key workers, in life skills, and arranging appropriate 24-7 supervision at the property.
