I was responsible for taking calls from interested stakeholders and members of the public, this would include processing payments for parking tickets and permits, as well as liaising with other teams within Westminster [Car] Parking Services to resolves queries and complaints. Some of the software used during this role included the latest Microsoft SharePoint as an end-user.
This was a 2-month contract which was extended to the end of the Westminster Parking Services-SERCO Contract
